What does the free architecture review include?

We start from a walkthrough of your current setup — a live call or a written brief, whichever you prefer; everything you share stays confidential. First response the same business day, then the review takes as long as it needs. If we’re not the right fit, we say so — and the report is still yours.

Who actually works on my project?

Senior engineers, led by a named architect accountable from whiteboard to production. The engineer who designs your system is the one who builds and operates it — no juniors, no mid-project rotation, no handoff to a delivery team. We also embed with existing teams and take on systems we didn’t build.

How does pricing work?

Fixed scope, milestone billing, nothing upfront. You know the total cost before a line of code ships — the price is fixed per milestone in the blueprint you approve. The first invoice comes only after roughly 50–70% of the agreed scope is delivered and working. Ongoing operations run on monthly retainers scaled to your system.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. 100%. We build in your repositories, in your cloud accounts, with your credentials. Source, infrastructure configuration, and documentation all transfer to you — no vendor lock-in, no proprietary frameworks, no licensing fees. If you ever bring development in-house or switch providers, you walk away with everything, documented.

What happens if we stop mid-project?

You stop at a gate — and keep everything up to it. The report and blueprint are already yours. Accepted milestones are documented and transfer with their IP — you owe nothing beyond the milestones you’ve accepted. The process is built so that leaving is cheap; that’s what makes staying a real choice.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Recent systems shipped with complete audit trails, encrypted credentials on automatic rotation, mTLS between services, and GDPR / SOC 2 controls mapped to specific architectural mechanisms — audit events are committed in the same transaction as the data they describe.
